Delicious (and beautiful) lox bagel. Check out where they're making bread at the back of the store. Pricey, but good. Cool wooden tables, benches and chairs.

Spectacular cafe. Unique in decor, food, and even the bathroom. Great coffee, fresh made bread and toasts. Earthy wood forward decor. Chill custom music curation. Also - convenient to the EV super chargers across at the municipal lot. Matcha latte made with real matcha. Definitely try their toasts - very delicious and hearty, made from fresh ingredients.

Lovely gem for excellent coffee and delicious bread. The mocha latte was delicious as the cacao was not overly sweet and you could truly taste the quality. Sourdough toast jammy with ricotta and raspberry was truly delicious!

Very cool and unique coffee shop! Much of the furniture is made out of wood, giving it a rustic feel that fits in well with the ambiance and spirit of the adobe buildings in the area. The coffee mugs also appear to be hand crafted. The excellent latte was complimented with a slice of sourdough covered in cinnamon and sugar, absolutely delightful. The shop also features a bakery and fermented foods. I will certainly remember this refreshing experience!

I went to Tomorrow and Tomorrow while on a quick visit through Taos. I grew up in this town and I am professional baker by trade and always hoped Taos would get a good rustic sourdough bakery someday. T and T delivers on that hope. Coming into this big open space I could immediately tell they did things differently. Everything from the French mixing trough, to the beautiful handmade French stone oven. The bread is hand mixed, rustic, and hearty and not for the weak of sourdough mind. But true bread lovers and sourdough nerds will immediately recognize that this place is special.
